our pandemic plan
We take the health and safety of our puppy parents very seriously. One thing that sets us apart is that we encourage you to come visit your puppy from the week they are born, in order to create an important bond that instills confidence and comfort in the puppy. With COVID-19, we still want our puppy parents to be able to create that bond, it just looks a little bit different.
Following the CDC guidelines, we ask puppy parents to be masked and gloved, and we prepare areas for them to spend time with their pups where they can have plenty of room away from the others. These visits are held outside, and any of our equipment that is used is properly sanitized afterward. Our puppy parents have been very respectful of our wishes, and for that we are grateful.
We know that COVID-19 and the resulting "work from home" influx has lead to a huge rise in puppy adoptions, as well as puppy scams. Part of your assurance against a scam are these visits: the fact that you have a pup with your name on it from birth and you get to watch it grow and bond with you for eight weeks before it can finally come home with you and brighten every one of your days! We promise that we are doing everything in our power to ensure the safety of your family and yourself while you bond with your puppy, while this pandemic ensues.
